About Jeanne

Jeanne Tarantino is the proud daughter of an Italian immigrant who reminded her brother and sisters every day of the importance of hard work.  Jeanne’s parents ran a family business and worked long hours to make sure their business was a success. They built their business and knew that in America if you worked hard, you could build your American dream.

Jeanne Tarantino’s degree in college was Justice, Morality and Constitutional Democracy.  She believes in our Founding Fathers’ vision of a limited government that preserves and protects the freedom of its people.  Jeanne believes that solutions to our deepest problems are not found in Madison but are found in our own communities, families and businesses.

Jeanne will hit the ground running to help Governor Walker enact more reforms in Madison

Jeanne Tarantino believes we need to rein in government- that it’s gotten too big and expensive and we cannot afford to pay for the big liberal agenda that too often comes from Madison.  We need to get back to a representative form of government so we can restore the American dream for the next generation.

Jeanne Tarantino’s priorities as a conservative Republican from Waukesha County:

• Restore our economy and create new jobs.
• Lean up government, cut spending and reduce taxes
• Develop best practices in K-16 education so our children will be prepared for the jobs of the future.
• Restore prosperity in Wisconsin so we can enjoy a new promise of economic opportunity for all.

Having helped build a family business in Waukesha, Jeanne Tarantino understands what it takes to grow a company and meet a payroll. As State Representative from Waukesha County, Jeanne will work to restore a competitive business climate by limiting and repealing government regulations and red tape that stand in the way of business success and growth.  Small businesses need the freedom and flexibility to do what they do best: create jobs.
